ANSWERS IN GENESIS (AIG) is an apologetics (i.e., Christianity-defending) ministry, dedicated to enabling Christians to defend their faith and to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ effectively. We focus particularly on providing answers to questions surrounding the book of Genesis, as it is the most-attacked book of the Bible. We also desire to train others to develop a biblical worldview, and seek to expose the bankruptcy of evolutionary ideas, and its bedfellow, a “millions of years old” earth (and even older universe).

CREATION MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL (CMI) is a group of non-profit ministries in several countries. Though each is a legally and financially autonomous body, we have formally unified our efforts as a federation of ministries under the banner ‘CMI-Worldwide’ that helps to ensure unity, harmony, and efficiency of outreach.

Our role is to support the church in proclaiming the truth of the Bible and thus its Gospel message. We provide real-world answers to the most-asked questions in the vital area of creation/evolution, where the Bible is most under attack today—Genesis.

We are apolitical and non-denominational (as an organization, not as individuals within it). We try to confine ourselves to matters as defined broadly by our Statement of Faith, and try to not get involved as a ministry in other controversies or issues within Christendom, no matter how important we, as individuals, might regard these.

GENESIS APOLEGETICS is committed to providing Christian families with Biblically and scientifically-based answers to the evolutionary theory that many children are taught in public schools. Our mission statement is: “Strengthening the faith of God’s children by grounding them in biblical truth and equipping them to discern error, one divine appointment at a time.”

Our ministry provides practical and easy-to-understand web, video, and written products for pastors, parents, and students. The materials provided will be those that are “core” to the Creationist position, which are generally held in agreement with leading creation ministries, such as www.answersingenesis.com and www.icr.org. We generally avoid “fringe” evidences that are controversial between these and other Creationist associations.

Our training will also be provided in a spirit of grace and truth (1 Peter 3:15), without unnecessarily developing controversies within the Christian body with believers who hold various views surrounding origins. However, we realize that contrasting the Biblical position on origins with secular evolution oftentimes requires taking a strong position on controversial subjects like dating and the age of the earth (e.g., the geologic column, dinosaurs, etc.). We have chosen to adhere to the natural reading of Genesis for topics like this.
